Our shipping charges upon checkout is only for shipment within Singapore. For international shipping services, please send your request by email to email@example.com. Please note that there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you. If your order has been returned to JR Makeup Store after failure to deliver your parcel after multiple attempts have been made, you are responsible for paying for re-postage. Orders will not be refunded if you choose to not have it re-delivered.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
SHIPPING TIME & COST
Shipping time varies by location. Depending on the product and destination, your order may come with free shipping. Shipment fees and delivery schedule is calculated upon checkout. Do note that we may required an additional 2 to 5 working days to process your order.
All shipment will have tracking numbers. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
We also offer gift wrapping and hand delivery services if you would like to have the items you ordered delivered directly to business contacts, friends or loved ones. Please include such request in the “Additional Details” field.
