To enrol,

1. Complete and submit this online form.

2. Email ONE of the following documents to sales@jrmakeupstore.com.

• Certificate / Diploma.
• Editorial page (at least 9 months old) with name credit.
• Call sheet on production company letterhead (at least 9 months old).
• Invoice to client or proof of work (at least 9 months old).
• For makeup students, please submit Receipt of programme payment, Confirmation of class and Confirmation of class schedule.
• For media / blogger / influencer, there need to be 1000 followers and 2% engagement (approval subject to JR Makeup Store’s discretion).
